What types of medical services do you offer?
We offer comprehensive healthcare services including primary care, preventive screenings, chronic disease management, weight loss, lab testing, immunizations, and specialist referrals.
How do I schedule an appointment?
We’re open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. You can schedule an appointment by calling our front desk or using our online booking system. Walk-ins may also be accepted based on availability.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept most major insurance plans and also offer fair self-pay options. For details, please call our office to confirm your eligibility.
Will I always be seen by a doctor?
Yes. At EverHeal Medical, every visit is led a Physician. We believe your health deserves expert, consistent care.
Do you offer virtual visits?
Absolutely. Telehealth appointments are available for primary care, medication refills, and wellness consults. You can book a telehealth appointment through our website or by calling the clinic.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of medications you’re currently taking, and any relevant medical records.
What ages do you treat?
We see patients ages 13 and up, including adults and seniors seeking long- term, relationship-based care.
